The dots icons not picking up the color theme when trying to apply it individually.

I was trying to make the pop-up folder a bit more good looking and I tried to set a dot icon for it. I was using material icons atm. And when I select the dots icon for it it doesn't change to the color theme by the wallpaper nor show me the selection screen to customize it. It's just blue.

Choose a default icon pack other than dots.

Try to edit the icon and change it to dots icon.

I attached the screenshot below one with official wallpaper and the other one with wallpaper from other sources.
