The Monet icon pack cannot update colors.
I'm using an icon pack that supports Monet dynamic theming, but some app icons fail to update their colors properly. Every time I change my wallpaper, these two app icons on the home screen don't apply the new Monet colors, though they display correctly in the long-press menu.

Looks like this one got submitted twice within a few seconds. The other copy is The Monet icon pack cannot update colors., and it is the one that actually carries your three screenshots, so that is the better thread to keep.
I have left a question about your icon pack over there. Nothing to do with this copy on your side; votes and comments are just more useful in one place.
