Theme reloads when switching Fold inner and outer display with different wallpapers

On a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, Niagara appears to reload the home screen/theme when switching between the outer and inner display while using different wallpapers for each screen. The clock color also changes depending on the active screen/wallpaper.

The user reports that the issue does not happen when using the same theme/wallpaper on both displays.

1. Use a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5.

2. Set different wallpapers or themes for the outer and inner display.

3. Switch between the outer and inner screen.

4. Niagara briefly reloads, apps reappear, and the clock color may change.

5. Set the same theme/wallpaper on both displays.

6. The reload does not appear to happen.
