Theme WallpapersCause Stuttering

When I apply themes to the launcher it causes my phone tog. I thought it was a performance issue on low-end devices but when I tried to record it, It started running as normal without any stuttering to speak of.

Steps To Reproduce

• Enable any theme.

• You'll experience stuttering.

• Start screen recording.

• The launcher will run smoothly during the recording.

• Replace the theme wallpaper with your own.

• The issue will stop forever.
