Toggle to disable access to the app list

A simple toggle in Niagara Launcher’s settings to disable access to the app list.

This way, only our most useful apps stay on the home screen while other distractions remain hidden.

This would boost productivity and focus, and it also aligns well with Niagara’s design language and philosophy.
