Thanks for the report! Since the form says other launchers show the same thing, the distortion most likely comes from the device's graphics rendering rather than from Niagara alone. Two things worth trying: Niagara settings > Advanced > Restart launcher to see whether the screen draws correctly again, and a device restart if that changes nothing. It would also help to know whether the distortion only happens on the Help & Feedback screen or on the home screen and app list as well.
