UI glitch after unlocking

After unlocking the screen, there is an wallpaper with UI glitch at the top of the screen. No niagara home with apps. It startes happening after latest android patch:

BP4A.251205.006.A4

Ot does not happen consistently, but still quite often. There may be some race conditions which I am not aware of right now, will update the bug if I will see it. Latest screenshot is happy behaviour after unlocking the device.

Repro steps:
