Usage Breaker timer

Currently, usage breaker kicks in at 5 minutes. This seems unreasonable. A global setting that allows the user to set a duration as to when it starts giving the ‘nudge’ should be implemented. So for example, after watching YouTube for 20 minutes, the user starts getting the 5 minute reminders.
