Wallpaper and Theme not loading up

I go to Niagra settings

Click on Look

Go to either Themes or Wallpaper

Select an image or Themes

Apps load but not the background

Manufacturer and Device Name
Android Version
Problem occurs with other Launchers
Third-Party Launchers Tested
Niagara Launcher Version

    Me too! Themes work for me, but not wallpapers. When I set one for both lock and home screen, nothing even changes in my lock screen, but my home screen just appears black, showing only the icons and not the wallpaper itself. Hope they take not of this issue!
