Wallpaper theme + Lock screen Issue

So, when I set my custom wallpaper I downloaded through the Niagara launcher and make a theme with it, whenever I unfold then fold my phone the wallpaper shrinks into a tiny rectangle in the top left of the cover screen and only corrects itself after I lock them unlock the screen, it feels very decidedly un-premium. If I try to correct the issue by setting the wallpaper through my system settings, the color of the theme changes to a color that doesn't match my wallpaper and is very jarring, and when I try to correct it by going into the edit my theme menu, it lets me change the color but won't let me save it to a theme and I can only set one screen or the other but not both as setting one on one screen removes it from the other. I would either like the wallpaper bug to be fixed on the Niagara theme menu side or the ability set theme colors individually per screen without saving it to a theme, thank you.
