Weird delayed animation in Android 16.

Bug Reports

Everytime I press home the launcher does this weird stretchy thing. I'm not very well versed on how to do a technical writeup of software bugs so I'm linking a screen recording displaying the issue. Issue only started happening after my OnePlus 13 updated to Android 16.

Last OS update fixes the issue, it's a bug on OnePlus side.

Can confirm, also happens in Color OS 16 with Android 16
