While navigating the app-list, taps on the wallpaper are send through to wallpaper app (KLWP wallpaper shortcuts)

When navigating the app list, selecting a new icon for an app or similar actions in Niagara, taps/mistaps between apps or icons are send to the wallpaper app.

fx. I have set up a wallpaper with KLWP to show cover-art of currently playing media and a shortcut to launch player app when tapping on the coverart. When navigating the applist, a mistap between two apps is send to KWLP, who sees a tap on the albumart and promptly opens the player app shortcut, as not intended. Same happens when selecting an icon - often while just scrolling the icon grid.

Solution: When an overlay showing the wallpaper is open in Niagara, taps should not be send through to the wallpaper app.
