Whole launcher reset

U woke up today and found my favourites page reset, it was empty, all the apps were gone, only the clock widget, and all the folders i had in the apps list were deleted. It was as though the whole launcher was reset, I tried restarting the launcher, i restarted my phone, nothing worked.
