"Your Agenda" popup shows incorrect time for future events which occur after a DST change

Daylight Savings in the USA ends on Sunday, the 3rd of November. Currently, all my calendar events on or after that date are shifted ahead an hour. If I had to guess, Niagara is converting a UTC timestamp for a calendar event to your phone's local timezone, but instead of considering whether DST is in effect for that combination of timestamp and timezone, it is applying the DST shift based on whether or not DST is in effect for the current time.
