Built-in app and porn blocker
Niagara Launcher already has the necessary permissions and I trust it much more than any third-party blocker. Having built-in app and porn blocking features would let me manage distractions and protect my privacy without relying on less trustworthy apps. This would make Niagara Launcher an even more complete and secure solution for digital wellbeing

As a launcher, Niagara Launcher unfortunately cannot reliably block apps from being launched (e.g. via system settings), and would only add pseudo-security. For that reason, we’re refrained from adding this feature in the past, and will not consider adding it in the future unless that somehow changes.

App Lock
Hey Niagara team, I have been using your launcher for almost 6 months , I love everything about it. But one thing that I miss is an APP LOCK.
I kindly request you to provide this feature. This will help us lot for securing mails, drives, photos.
It's kinda necessary feature.
So please consider my request.

Ability to Block distracting app
As we know that Niagara is focusing more on digital wellbeing. That's why I would be nice to have a feature that let you block apps.
User can block apps according :
To specific time interval.
To given app usage.
To app launch count.
User can set the above given option to daily or select costom weekdays.
Play Store has just an app that to this, but it's paid and not reliable. I would be more than happy if Niagara implement this feature.

Schedule based app blocking is very effective. I will end up using Instagram much less if I restrict myself to use only from 6pm-7pm instead of say 30 mins a day. Hoping that niagara team implements this asap. There are similar apps like blockit/lock-me-out in playstore. Please take inspiration from both apps and implement it inside the launcher.

porn blocking is something generally tied to a browser. I dont see how it can be integrated with a launcher
