Built-in clock styles suddenly changed their font sizes

My clock on the homescreen is waaay smaller since the last update and I can't change the size. It does look weird now.

This has been fixed in 1.14.11, which will be rolled out on Google Play in the coming weeks.

To provide some background context for this issue: in 1.14.10, we rewrote our clock font scaling to make all fonts the same height. Unfortunately, the built-in clock fonts can have a very different visual appearance at the same height. Thus, we reimplemented the original scaling values for 1.14.11.

I also cant change clock size, i think they do not have such a feature. Large clock looks good, highlighted, and easier to read

Thanks for the report. Could you please send us a screenshot of what the clock looks like now?

Sure, here is a screenshot of the current clock size. It used to be double the size.

I can confirm that the clock size of the different fonts is very inconsistent.
We will take a look :)

I have the opposite issue… the clock is suddenly huge and looks terrible to me.
Not the first time it happens, but it was fixed before in another update.

I wish it would be possible to add a feature to resize the default clock instead of needing to use external widgets to get any customization.
Would fix any issues with that and satisfy everyone who wants bigger or smaller clocks.

Same here! I just unlocked my phone today being September, 23 (the phone is a s23 ultra, I live at Mexico), and the clock was super small. I tried rebooting my phone, exploring the settings, move the clock widget up and down, try disabling it (it always stayed active on my screen even when “disabled”) and nothing changed the clock's size. I agree that the big clock looks way better.

Piggy backing on this. My issue is actually that the clock size is massive, Im using the pixelated clock theme and it is suddenly huge and really unsightly to look at.

Screenshot attached. It used to be much smaller, barely went up to about where the battery percentage is.

    Time font reduces in size

The font of the time is normal but (I think) once the screen goes off the font of the time reduces when the screen comes back on. Not sure if the trigger. The attached shows pretty clearly.

This occured before and after wiping my phone (which I did for other reasons), so with a fresh install. I am using a Samsung 23 ultra with android 16.

I have the same issue as Tamino Fackler. The font size of the clock reduces. That happens of phone restarts and some other occasions. I use the newest version of the launcher that is available right now.
