Thanks for reporting this! We know about the bug and are tracking it here: Niagara Settings UI renders duplicated/overlapping. Every device reported so far runs an older Android version (Android 8 and 9), so your Vestel Venüs Z20 fits the same pattern.
Upvoting and following that post is the best way to hear about updates. We don't have a workaround to offer yet.
