Blank screen after unlocking phone

Niagara launcher Pro version 1.13.17

Once in every 7 times that I unlock my phone the launcher does not show at all. I have to swipe up, which usually does work, to show the menu and dismiss that and the launcher will show again. With launcher in this context I mean the list of favourites, clock, weather calendar. The wallpaper does always show.

I’ve tried restarting the phone, clearing the launcher cache and reinstalling the launcher app. None have helped.

Not sure what I can provide as this is not consistently reproducible but very annoying as you can imagine. I’ve seen a couple of other similar reports in the play store, could not find any here.
