Thanks for the screenshot, it shows the problem well: the settings screen draws several copies of
itself on top of each other while you scroll. We have one other report of exactly that, from a
Motorola Moto G6 Plus on Android 9:

Settings UI renders duplicated/overlapping on Motorola Moto G6 Plus.
Your post landed on the Feature Request board, so the bug form never asked for the usual details.
Could you add here in the thread which phone and Android version you are on, plus the Niagara version
(at the bottom of Niagara Settings)? That tells us whether this is the same case or a second,
different one.
