[Bug] Visual smearing and graphical corruption in the Settings Menu

After opening any of the Settings menu, scrolling at any point will cause severe visual artifacts, repeated text/icon trails, making the menu unreadable.

Tabbing out of the launcher and returning temporarily restores normal rendering, but scrolling even a little bit immediately triggers the bug.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Niagara Settings

2. Attempt to scroll or navigate the settings page.
