[Clock/time widget - music pop-up] Interaction

I think It would be cool (probably depending on the wallpaper, like mine for instance) if every time the music pop-up showed up, instead of the favorite apps going down, the clock would go up.

So i was thinking of a simple option to toggle with which you could choose what moves between the apps and the clock/time.
