Dim background – OLED mode

If the following are true:

• Dark mode is on

• Fully black mode is on

Then background dimming reduces brightness of the background rather than applying theme hue.

Motivation: “OLED” dark modes and wallpapers fill blank screen space with (0, 0, 0) black to turn parts of the screen completely off for power saving and aesthetics. Current dimming mechanism makes the entire screen light up in such cases, as pixels which are black on the wallpaper become slightly colored.
