Direct Call & Message Actions in Universal Search

I love the universal search bar in Niagara Pro, but it would be much more efficient if, after searching for a contact, I could call or message directly from the search results—without being redirected to the dialer. Please consider adding quick “Call” and “Message” action buttons next to contact results for a faster workflow. Thank you
