Extend search to local files, settings, and optionally notes

Niagara search works great for apps and contacts. Adding local file search (like document.pdf) and system settings access (like Hotspot or Battery) would save taps every day.

Key Additions:

• Files: Search and open local files and downloads directly.

• Settings: Jump straight into nested system settings.

• Notes (Bonus): Search notes content if feasible given Android app fragmentation.
