Niagara Disappearing

Niagara vanishes on swipe up gesture, when already on main screen. Everything else works as expected. Niagara does not close, it just vanishes (only background image is visible). When carefully swiping up until halfway to active apps overview screen (you can already see a ghostly image of niagara), and then letting go, Niagara becomes visibible again. Also going to overview and back, makes niagara visible again.
