Thanks for the screenshot, it says plenty! This is a bug we're already tracking here: Niagara Settings UI renders duplicated/overlapping. Every report so far comes from a device on an older Android version, so your Moto G7 Play on Android 9 fits the pattern.
Upvoting and following that post is the best way to hear about updates. We don't have a workaround yet. In all reports so far the home screen itself keeps working normally and only the settings screen is affected.
