Notification layout breaks after dismissing an expanded notification

Description: When multiple notifications from the same app are shown on the home screen, expanding the notification stack and swiping away one of the notifications causes the layout to break.

Instead of smoothly transitioning to the remaining notifications, the view abruptly jumps to the bottom of the notification stack. The remaining notifications are then positioned incorrectly, with parts of their text and images misaligned or cut off.

The issue is reproducible with X (Twitter) notifications and still occurs after reinstalling X.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Receive multiple notifications from X.

2. Expand the notification stack on the Niagara home screen.

3. Swipe away one of the expanded notifications.

4. The notification layout jumps and the remaining notifications become misaligned/cut off.

Expected behavior: After dismissing one notification, the remaining notifications should stay correctly positioned and transition smoothly.

Actual behavior: The notification view jumps toward the bottom of the stack and the remaining notification content becomes misaligned and partially cut off.
