Persistent notification overlay stuck on the home screen

I am experiencing a persistent visual bug where a notification pop-up/preview gets stuck (ghosting) on the home screen. Even after reading, dismissing, or interacting with the notification via the system shade or the app itself, the graphical element remains visible on the Niagara Launcher home screen, overlapping other UI elements.

    Thanks for the clear description and the recording. The stuck notification preview is collected here: Swipe to dismiss notification leaves text hanging on screen, which is the most upvoted thread on it and the one to upvote and follow.

    Restarting Niagara clears the leftover element for a while, according to several users on that thread. If you find an action that reliably triggers it on your POCO, that would be a valuable addition over there.
