"Search web" to open Google instead of Browser

Feature Request

Currently, the search bar allows for google search on your browser, but not directly on the Google app like the Google widget does. This can get annoying since we’re opening a new tab every time we want to search something.

If this was a feature, there would be no need for the Google widget and we'd hence save space on the home screen.

    Ability to select Google app as the web search app

    While using smart search, allow the ability to open the web suggestions in a specific app for eg. Google app and not just the default browser.

        The simple Google search bar widget allows this. A small streamlined version into the launcher would improve app searches, web search, and functionality. Accessibility via text is simple and fast.
