Toggle to disable numeric keyboard activations

Phones with numeric keys use these keys for speed dial.

My kids have those phones and I want them to use Niagara launcher

But Niagara launcher intercepts keypad press to open an app, so the speed dial does not work.

Please add a toggle to disable it.
