Clearing function (i.e. for getting rid of a notification) is not working.
Can't seem to get rid of a notification in a folder or directly in the app in the folder.
- Manufacturer and Device Name
- Android Version
- Problem occurs with other Launchers
- Niagara Launcher Version

Thanks for the screenshot, that makes it clear right away. This is already being tracked here: Swipe to dismiss notification leaves text hanging on screen. Upvoting that post is the best way to push it, and you will get updates when its status changes.
The variant inside a folder or app pop-up is collected here: Notifications cannot be dismissed from home screen or app popup. Several users report that restarting Niagara clears the leftover bar for the time being.
